Centurion Men Complete Weekend Sweep Due to Forfeit

By Scott Lemon, Yellowstone Christian SID

BILLINGS, Mont. — The Yellowstone Christian College Centurions completed the weekend sweep of the Oglala Lakota College (S.D.) Bravehearts after OLC forfeited the game on Saturday morning. The Centurions officially picked up a 2-0 victory.

Oglala Lakota had just eight active players on their roster coming into the weekend. However, due to a pair of injuries and a disciplinary suspension, the Bravehearts were left with just five players on their roster for Saturday’s matchup, forcing Head Coach Don Giago to forfeit the game.

The Centurions return to action next Sunday in their final home game of the season, squaring off against Nueta Hidatsa Sahnish College (N.D.). Tip off is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. For more information about the season and for full game recaps, visit
